open in delphi from dir package the file WIN_IP project

1 fill in everything in the sequence that opens
2 install dipstudiowin280.blp (error exits)
3 install ipstudiowinwordxp280.npl (error exits)
4 install dipstudiodataset280.bpl (error exits)

copy all files from dir install \Woll2Woll InfoPower 4k 21.0.05\bin\22.0\win32  TO directory to the C: \ Users \ Public \ Documents \ Embarcadero \ Studio \ 22.0 \ Bpl directory

after copying everything
return to point 2 then to 3 and finally to 4
